Priced only to recuperate my costs to speak at your event. Rates are calculated based of overall event-size, regardless of how many people actually attend my presentation.

Opportunity Cost
If travel only requires partial day only partial day per-diem is charged. For instance if travel does not start until 1:00pm, only 1/2 day per diem is charged.
Mileage is calculated each way. So if event is 100 miles each direction, travel would be charged at 200 miles total. For reference, as of 2020 the "IRS Reimbursable" rate is $0.575 per mile.
